Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on therapy used to correct soft-tissue problems, ease chronic pain, promote emotional release, and to treat conditions like jaw pain, migraines, myofascial pain, anxiety, and ADHD. CST releases the body's connective tissue, called fascia. Often the root of our pain is from an old injury or structural imbalance that is tugging at our whole fascial system and our nerves. CST sessions correct these fascial restrictions at their roots for lasting relief, even years after an injury. CST has been shown to be beneficial to your recovery from illnesses, accidents, emotional trauma, injuries, and surgeries.

Reiki is an extremely gentle, deeply relaxing Japanese energy technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. Reiki revitalizes the flow of healthy energy in the body, removing blocks and negativity that have been causing stress, imbalance, and stagnation. Reiki brings clarity to our thinking and opens us to inner wisdom and guidance. This gentle work is done with the client clothed and the practitioner's hands contacting both the skin and the energy field around the body. Reiki works with the body's self-healing mechanisms, jumpstarting the process of healing physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
